Why doesn't the Barnes County Wildlife club put up some cash to have some roads plowed on Ashtabula? Bob at the Crossing will never do it, cuz that guy doesn't want to be busy! If I owned that place it would be a no brainer, you would get your money back plus a whole lot more if you kept access open to the lake.

Re:I think the main reasons would be cost. The mileage costs alone to hire someone to drive to the lake every time it snowed or got windy would be ridiculous. Bob already owns a plow and plows out his parking lot that is right on the lake. The cost would be very little to him and the profit would be large. The roads would need to be constantly maintained to due drifting.
