Fished south of the crossing with my wife from 12-5. Didn't expect much given the time of day, but had a really great day. Trolled gold/silver spinners with leeches and crawlers. Caught lots of perch (some were really nice), and several walleye. Biggest eye was 20 inches, but all others were 10-16". Also caught several white bass. Constant action the whole time we were there. Trolled the weed lines in 6-10 fow. Best areas were where the deeper water was close to the weedline (i.e. channel ran close to shore).
Just a nice red river cat.
