Fished south of the crossing yesterday. First the bad news, the bullheads have turned on! Caught maybe 20 medium and big bullheads. Yuck. Now the good news, caught 1 decent walleye not 5 minutes on the water. Thought, this is going to be a good day. Then the bullheads kicked in. Caught the occasional perch and no more walleyes. Throw in 20 or so white bass and you have a busy day, just not the fish we wanted. Worked lindy's, jigs and cranks. Lindy's and minnows worked best. Heard others using crawlers but we didn't have any. Bryan
