 Here's the story:

ASPEN, Colo. (AP) - An Aspen judge has issued an arrest warrant for a homeless man whose relocation to North Dakota sparked an outcry.

The judge issued a bench warrant for Jimmy Baldwin on Tuesday after he missed his arraignment hearing on misdemeanor charges of menacing, marijuana possession and disorderly conduct. Baldwin said last month he planned to return to Aspen.

Baldwin was given a one-way ticket to Williston, N.D., where he thought he could find a job. The move grabbed headlines in North Dakota and angered many residents and officials. Housing is scarce in Williston because of an oil boom and the few shelters are full.

Like I have said before, the POS's that helped this man out with a one-way ticket should be sought after by the local Aspen law enforcement for helping a person miss their court date.

It may be a little bit of a stretch, but helping someone become a fugitive is generally frowned upon.
