The Red River is yucky. Has been for some time now. Shorelines are very sketchy. Lots of standing water, SOME areas have open water. All tributaries are flowing at least somewhat. Most only have water on top of the ice but mouths are starting to open up.

It won't be long and it will be iceberg central.
