Putin claims it was about 41 pounds.  Russian critics say he is lying and it's probably only 20 pounds.  What are your guesses?  http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Peace/2013/07/29/Russian-bloggers-cast-doubt-on-Putins-fishy-tale

41 lbs or inches?
i'd vote for 41 inches

Maybe Putin drank 1.75 of Stoli? I like Stoli, slam it ice cold, follow it with a good olive.

He is most certainly NOT shooting skeet in the staged photo. Anyone who actually shoots skeet would have a vest on to hold extra shells not to mention from that angle, you should be able to see the thrower tower.
Teach a man to fish and he will still vote for the guy who gave him a fish.

That fish is 19.9 lbs, I should know I have caught a dozen of them over the years.

Have no idea what a 20+ lb pike looks like though.
