I had it downloaded, then one day it vanished from my desktop.  I tried downloading it again numerous time, but it won't work.  I think I have windows 7 on this machine.

Anyone know how to fix this problem?  Thanks,

Same problem here.....

"When we step into the outdoors, we have the privilege of standing in the presence of God through the power and majesty of His creation. That makes hunting more than a sport or a hobby. It's a calling to something greater. And that transforms the places that we stand into something more than a cropfield or a pasture or a mountain. It makes that place Hallowed Ground."

go into the C drive, X86 programs, google, google earth, find the googleearth application file, right click, create shortcut.  Should place one on your desktop again.  Not sure why but this happened to work computers and my personal computers.

I had to go to Program Files X86, then open all the way till I found the Google Earth application, then send to desktop.  Works now.  Thank you very much.

The online version is fairly different than the downloadable program.

Hmm, haven't had this issue yet.  Been running both Win 7 and Google Earth for almost a couple years now.
