Took my 7 yr old to Glenburn Pond and we were skunked. Glenburn has let there pond go. My daughter and I had one bite in 2 hours on Worms! Earlier in the summer in June and in years past we've caught trout and channel catfish. Back in 2007 my oldest caught a 4 and 2 pound channel in that pound. Now it's fished out and the town has done nothing to help out the local children to have something to do at least during the summer who cannot travel to Lake Darling. There is 2-3 feet tall grass around the hole entire pond and weeds about 2-4 feet out in the water around the hole pond. No one has done anything to try and preserve this pond. I really do feel for the children who walk down the road and want to fish, but have nothing to fish for. Very Sad!
