its open in the channel here to in some spots, just gotta be carefull where you go. its the red around the grand forks area to answere your question. that dark line behind me is the open channel.

Yikes, me and cold water don't do so well together, I would be sitting ina  flat bottom boat  watching my bobber hahaha
