Fished east end real slow compared to friday,  Caught more smaller ones manged to get 2 for the live well.Read more

Went out to White Earth Bay, very slow day, no walleyes, just white bass.  water temp was 53. tried jigs, lindy rigging, slow death, spinners,  and cranks.  marked lots of fish but no bites. Read more

Fished wolf creek today, only caught 1 very small perch. Never had a wiggle on tip ups with herring. Ice was about 14-15" and still in good shape. I walked out, but several people were driving out.Read more

Would really like to know what the ice conditions are for skunk bay area, not fishing the Rooster Run but would like to get on the ice at least once this year.  Anything would help may the decision to go or not.

Went out saturday for a couple hours, ended up catching 4 pike between 24-35 inches. All of them were released. Caught on tip ups and smelt using a mustad hook in about 12 F.O.W. Nice day to be out.Read more

Fished 1/16/16 with a friend for about 8 hours, caught two pike on smelt with homemade quick-strike rigs on tip-ups.  Pike were both ~6lbs, and came out of 14 FOW.Read more

We have had boats on Sakakawea for the past couple of weeks pretty steady with good results for the most part.  The reason I say for the most part is there were a few days that the weather made the fishing slow down either because of the gusty winds or a little cold front.  Most fish we are catching are coming on spinners and slow death rigs in a variety of depths, working main lake points. ...Read more

Fished east end of the lake fishing was slow but steady.  Got our 3 man limit in about 4 hrs ranging fro 14" to 23".  Most fish 15 ft, bottombouncers and not particular color for craler harness.Read more

We have switched gears a little bit the last week and have had all our guides fishing mainly Sakakawea and for good reason.  The fishing has really started to heat up on the Big Lake with limits of walleyes coming in consistently from the East end all the way out to the beacon.  We have been catching most of our fish on crawler rigs behind bottom bouncers, however we have caught a few on crank...Read more

Fished 3 hours 6:00-9:00

Ran cranks from 6-20 feet with no luck.

Worked a wind blown point 4-16 feet with nightcrawlers and slow death rig.
