First Snow Predictions

yelowjackt Joined: 08/31/2005 Location: ND	Define the parameters of your prediction. Does it have to be measurable snow…or just those tiny specks that happen in the morning before it actually rains. Is this limited to the person making the predictions city or anywhere in the state…is this limited to just ND or does it include MN and/or MT? If it is measureable snow…Fargo will see its first Thursday night Oct. 20th however it will be quickly gone as that weekend it will warm up into the low 60’s.
