This was just so corny I had to post it, corny is that the right word? Maybe cheesy...

According to our grocery guy it's been a really tough year on commercial walleye fishing so they have been sending us zander instead, dosen't say zander anywhere on the box so apparently they are trying to fool people. At any rate if you order walleye in our restaurant you get zander until things pick up here in North America.

Fairview MT, and no not that anyone has noticed. There  is basically nothing different except the marking look a more like a huge perch and by comparison the Zander skin is a lot thinner than a walleye's. We recieve our fish filleted and scaled but we need to skin then ourselves.

I dont go around guessing cup sizes either I just know a nice rack when I see one.
