Dam Fisherman Joined: 03/09/2008 Location: ND	Hey guys, I have a 15hp Evinrude (I think its a 1953 to 1955?) that is having some issues. Itll run on one cylinder pretty good and runs on two when it wants to. Once it is running with both it goes like crazy but soon as i back it off it goes right back to one cylinder again. It has had a carb kit put in it, a coil, and new plugs. It has compression and spark on both cylinders. My dad worked on it off and on for a long time with no luck. Im not quite sure what to do or replace next. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot. Chris

Geothermal Joined: 07/14/2009 Location: ND	take the cover off and run it at night and look for sparks. Sounds like a leaky or broken spark plug wire
