I bought a Eskimo Stingray 4 years ago brand new for 200$. I have yet to change the blades. It only has a 1.2 horse motor. As long as you are not drilling holes for 5 guys it works great. Have had no problems with it what so ever.As long as you are not in a hurry you cant go wrong. The only time i wish i would have a bigger one is when the ice is about 2 feet thick like it is right now.

bowman is right mine is a strike master . the jiffy may be a little faster at drilling but not that much to warrent double the price. YOUR PANT LEGS STAY ALOT DRIER WITH THE S.M.
