EPA says fears about fracking moratorium unfounded

In response to the articles about fracking in the Newspapers..  this response was released in the Bismarck Tribune..

interesting what you find out amid all the 'rumors' and supposed facts put out to the public..  Helms article should of been written more carefully .. or maybe his words were taken out of context by the person interviewing.. as far as the Bakken watch article being placed out there as 'fact'... it needed to be put on the opinion page of that paper.... because thats what it is..   its done 'without' any substanstial evidence...

those who continue to use scare tactics based on 'feelings' and 'hysteria'...  will find themselves going down a dead end road that leads to nowhere....
