East End - Saturday, July 9, 2011
Went out yesterday on the east end. It took a while to find them. When we finally found them, we had three limits of walleye in two hours. All caught on crawlers in 12 fow. It was enjoyable to have the lake to ourselves and not playing bumper boats.

Re:Get in the Gov Cup! You'll destroy people! I am hearing fishing very, very tough on the East End. Setting up just like last year where the bite was basically non-existant and then about three days before some fish were finding their ways into the livewell.
Best day I have heard from very good tourney anglers, family and friends prefishing is 11 fish. That was a week ago I think. Best since then was 5 fish. She's tough out there right now!
