I have dish and only need 1 dish to get my locals. I'm about 6 or 7 miles north of New Town.

Same here.

Without a doubt, coming out into nature is one of the neatest things there is to do, but you also have to be careful. That’s why I always try to pack the heat — try to pack a gun. Just a little bit — pack some heat. Now this isn’t too — this isn’t much of a big boy, I don’t want to kill the animal, but I do want to warn it, and say “hey, I think you’re pretty neat, but I respect your distance.” There’s bears out here, there’s mountain cougars, and biting goats.

If you go with DirecTV, let me know I have some coupons where if you sign up, you and I would both get $100 in bill credits. Also, I only have one dish with DirecTV and I live in Bismarck.

What purpose would it serve to have 2 dish's?  Was he going to reverse a splitter to run a single coax line to the receiver since the Rx has only one coax input?  Makes absolutely no sense.

2 dishes goes into a little retangle box then a single coax goes into the house he said it was needed for local channels only that is why I asked. everyone with direct tv have 1 little grey dish..  He said that the direct dish is different than the dish I don't see any difference it would have to be just the reciever that is different.not the dish

I had Dish Network w/ locals until Feb.  One dish.
Now I have DirecTV w/ locals   One dish.
Only problem is no local FOX, so I have an digital ant.  which also come sin handy whenever a modest cloud comes by.

I am in Mandan.
