Defending Champions

The defending NCAA division I Men's hockey champion the Fighting Bulldawgs of Duluth were rolled up on this weekend by the Huskies of Michigan Tech...who dat you say??? Exactly!


 


The fighting Bulldawgs were up 4-0 in the first period of the first game on FRiday night to subsequently giving up 9 unanswered goals over the remaining periods of the weekend series sending the Huskies home with three points in the WCHA.

While every day is a good day for MN hockey teams to mail it in, I would prefer if they planned it for next week.

Actually, I would just rather the Sioux come out and stomp them at their best, but the Sioux aren't that great this year.  So here's hoping for another poor showing by Sota's finest!
