Ice on 70% of the lake when I got there 30% when I left. No bites, nothing at all. Minnows, worms, jigs, trolling crankbait, fishfinder, nothing. Try it again when its a little warmer. BTW YOU ICE FISHERMEN LEFT TRASH ALL OVER! Try cleaning up after yourselves.

Bad day on Brewer completely skunked only 2 bites. 30 holes 10-25 FOW off ramp by dam. Where is the good locations?

Have you tried fishing out from the main pier? best times have been sun up and sun down. little ones during the day. Crappies are right at dark about 3-5 feet off the ground, ten to twelve feet of water. Down by the dam, right off the rocks, gets fairly deep, kind of around the spillway, dont get to close though, walleys have hit a few times for me.

went out yesterday cought some perch crappie and blue gills the perch and crappie had size to them but the blue gills didnt going to go again next weekend and the weekwnd after

Fished all day saturday. 2 small perch and missed a couple. Marked lots of fish...just werent hungry i guess. Beautiful day to be outside though. Hopefully fishing picks up in the next few weeks.

Got to brewer early this moring and found out that somebody plowed it out all the way to the public water acess. we got set up at about 8 30 and fished till 4 30.. only a couple bites and 1 small perch.. pretty slow..

Fishing was kinda slow we r fishing with the moon waxing stages to pin point hot hours of the day and night . Have done alot of late night fishing in the past and has paid off but last night in kinda stunk. Went down back today not to fish but to recover a lost piece of my equiptment to find a road grader and a truck with front end plow . asked them if them we gonna plow the rest of the road and they said game and fish need a path to the dam to take water samples so thats all we r doing. I think thats kind bs if ur there already wont u at least make it easier for people to get down the the lake. Geez i dont get it.

Has anybody been out to brewer?? Can you get down to where the public boat access is with a 4 wheel drive pickup? If not, would a fourwheeler with a blade on the front be able to plow out the road? Thanks

Fished saturday from noon til dark. only one bite all day and i missed it! was in 23 fow marked plenty of fish. tried different jigs and jigging techniques but nothing produced. was it just the cold weather snap slowing the fish down? what lures/jigs usually work well on this lake? ill probly be going back next weekend.
