Went down to the spillway on Thursday evening and caught 3 pike ranging in the 3 1/2 lb. range throwing cranks. There doesn't seem to much for fish in the spill way now and a small amount of water is flowing throught the dam. People are still fishing on the ice off rec point and the NW side. I am going to try the on the ice here in a few days and see if the walleye are biting.

Was Wondering if anyone has been out lately?
I was out about 3 weeks ago fishing on the south side west of the blue building in about 16-20ft and caught 3 nice perch and one small walleye Wondering if the north side by rec point is producing any? |

Went out yesterday from about 2pm to 7pm. no fish or bites. the ice is about 26in. feet thick.

I was ice fishing at this lake quite a few times last winter in December and caught alot of nice eye's one was around the 23" mark and alot of 15" fish. The summer fishing can be a bit of a challenge but fish are catchable My buddy fished there yesterday the 9th of July and kept a 22" and 17"

I personally can guaranty that there are whopper club walleye of at least 10 pounds in Bowman haley dam. Not alot of them but they are in there! Northerns too!
