What does a Canadian need for a lisence to bowfish in North Dakota.Is it just a regular non res or ????.Any good places to go near Williston.

Perhaps you can speak to your government about closing your dams and keeping your water  in Canada,  as we do in respect to your country!   And then we may share links to our  hunting and fishing regulations

Sorry that was quite blunt and perhaps I over reacted!    All you will need according to, http://www.gf.nd.gov/regulations/fish/index.html#archery,   is a non-res   fishing license!
