The big St. Paul, MN Ice Fishing Expo

I think I might have to take this in on Saturday.  Just curious if anybody else is going or who has gone before and wants to add some comments on the event.

You would have a good time.  It's a huge show...you will definitely see things related to ice fishing you have never seen before.  Plus it's in a real fun area of St. Paul by the X....lots of bars and restaurants.

Taking this in over the weekend as well for the first time.  I know some of FM Walleye's unlimited guys say it's worth seeing.  My goal is a deal on a new portable ice house.

I went to this a few times when I lived in southern Minnesota.  It has been a few years since I've been there but as long as it hasn't changed too much it is well worth your time.  I have gotten some awesome deals.

I've been there a few times. Lots of stuff to see. Most of it are permanent ice houses. Reeds and Thorns will be there and probably have some deals.

myself and a couple fishing buds purchased ice bibs and jackets from Sportsmans guide and the quality to price ratio is off the chain good!  I have wore mine for three years now and the quality is super. large zippers, lots of pockets, its knock off stuff from the big money gear but the entire suit delivered to my door was just over $100 (jacket and bib included.) insulated knee pads, im sure they have it again this year. suit colors are red/black or blue/black. from a scale of 1 to 10 i give it a 10. I dont give 10's very often on any product.
