What is the best flash light you have used.  I use for hunting (find my stand and track deer) fishing (in my boat on setting up fish house) and camping (setting up tent and so on).

I have a Sure-Fire flashlight. It is pry not the "best" flashlight on the market but i sure have been happy with it.

I like to have a headlamp and a surefire!  Use the surefire when the extra light is needed.

Another vote for a SureFire, but prepare to pay a lot for batteries.

While Surefire is a nice light, they arent really the best light for the money.  There is a definite markup because of the name and reputation.  If you want to get into some quality torches without spending over $100 bucks check out lights from the following:

4Sevens
Jetbeam
Spark
Fenix
Streamlight
Zebralight

If you give more specifics as to size you are looking for (pocket?), type of battery you want to use, and type of beam you would like.,  I could help narrow it down.  From the type of uses you listed above maybe a quality headlamp would be a good choice.  Most of those activities require both your hands.

The Mag-Lite LED XL-50 is a very good light for around $25.  Has three modes, 100% 25% and strobe.  Takes 3 AAA batteries and lasts forever.  Super bright.

Mag lites are the best I have used and the only one I will use any more.  They are the toughest out there, and have very good battery life.
