ATV Cargo Carrier

Does anyone have any good input on the use of hitch mounted cargo carriers for ATVs? I am looking to either build, or buy a cargo carrier for my ATV, and wanted to see if anyone has had good luck with any products in particular. I would like to rack that is offset to allow for more ground clearance.

Any thoughts?

I have one of these, works pretty good.  But if you get too much weight on it, makes it hard to turn.

I have a homemade one that's pretty similar.  Downfalls are that your tires throw a lot of mud, snow, or whatever on them.  Also, your load is pretty close to your hot muffler or it's exhaust.
