Six Mile Corner Opening up for the Winter!

 Six Mile Corner will open its doors for the entire winter season starting this Saturday at 7:30 am and will be open seven days a week from 7:30am to 5:30pm. The goal of Six Mile Corner is to now be your ice fishing headquarters for Lake Sakakawea and Lake Audubon. 

Six Mile Corner will have a complete stock of ice fishing bait to include: Minnows, wax worms, spikes, ice auger equipment. They’ll also be able to service all your ice auger equipment as well as snowmobiles and other small engine equipment. Snacks and pop will also be available to help hold down your hardy winter appetite. 

Enthusiasm for the big water of Sakakawea hasn’t been this good since the late 1990’s and early 2000’s. Winter water levels are great and steady travel though the winter months becomes a reality. There are already reports of three to six inches of walk-able ice in most areas of Lake Audubon, but remember to always use caution during early ice conditions.

Six Mile Corner has taken the initiative to be able to serve its loyal customer base through the winter.
