CATS ON THE RED CATFISH CLASSIC 2002

Lockport, Manitoba - Calling all "catfish" hunters! Those of you that enjoy the experience of a great "catfight" will enjoy the opportunity to participate in the 2002 Cats on the Red Catfish Classic fishing tournament. The tournament dates are scheduled for Saturday, August 17 and Sunday August 18, 2002. The event is again sponsored by Cats on the Red Resort and Prairie Shield Fishing Classics, Inc., of Manitoba, Canada. The tournament will be headquartered out of the Cats on the Red Resort, Lockport, Manitoba.
Those of you that enjoy catching big catfish and lots of them won't want to miss the fun and excitement of this great Canadian catfish tournament. There will be $14,000 in cash prizes given away plus a daily big fish pot, total weight prizes, drawing for a fish off for an additional cool prize, and other great prizes. Not too shabby eh?
Whether you are an accomplished catfish hunter or a novice to the sport this is an event where anyone could win big so consider it as a potential paid vacation. "This is one fun event that I wouldn't miss out on folks," says professional catfish hunter and FBO Field Staff member Ed Carlson. Ed also says, "The possibilities of catching "Mondo Sumo Piggys" and maybe coming home with some cool cash and hot prizes are what I call a vacation."
The tournament is limited to 75 two person teams so get your entry form in quickly. The entry fee is $300.00 Canadian or $200.00 American. Entry deadline is Friday, August 16, 2002.
