Campground Host Needed at Lake Tschida
The Bureau of Reclamation is looking for an individual(s) to serve as a volunteer campground host(s) at the Rimrock Campground located on the southeast shore of Lake Tschida, 17 miles south of Glen Ullin, ND, or 15 miles north of Elgin, ND, on ND HWY 49.
The campground host will patrol the campground, provide information, assist visitors and serve as liaison between campers and Reclamation.
They shall notify Reclamation personnel or the county sheriff concerning all rule violations witnessed, and notify Reclamation personnel of any maintenance (repair) needs or safety issues.
Reclamation would like the host(s) to be on site Thursday thru Monday from mid-May until Labor Day. The exact work schedule and duties are negotiable.
Reclamation will provide the camp host with a campsite which has electrical, water and sewer
connections. Local telephone service may be made available, either hard-line or cell phone. Interested parties should contact Reclamation for further details. Please contact:
