27th Annual Bis-Man Reel & Rec Ice Fishing Extravaganza

Fun for all is fast approaching on Lake Audubon!  The 27th Annual Bis-Man Reel & Rec Ice Fishing Extravaganza will take place Saturday, February 13, 2010.

Breakfast begins at the Totten Trail starting 7:00 am to 9:00 am.  Registration begins at 8:00 am allowing two hours for derby goers ample time to sin up.  Fishing kicks off at 10:00 am and ends at 2:00 pm.

Lucky anglers and raffle winners will have several opportunities at cash prizes and drawings.

Trailrider.....The entry fee is indeed only $5 per person. With 300+ participants, this still creates a nice prize pool and doesn't price anyone out of a great competition on the ice. There are some regulars that bring all the kids in the neighborhood.

Just a heads-up for this weekends event. The Corps of Eng just called and said the  vault toilet at the boat ramp would be closed because of vandalism. They will have the one in the campground open for our use and of course we'll have the two in the Totten Trail also. I don't understand the vandalism thing...what thrill could you possibly get out of busting up an outdoor biffy??
