The local little rivers have a bunch below most dams.

Teawonkon (sp. i know its wrong lol) by cayuga (sp prob again is wrong) has a ton and if im not mistaken they do allow bow fishing even though it is a refuge.

middle cormorant does right after ice out in a little slough that connects through a culvert. they trap them in once they are in there and people shoot from shore.  I would ask the people in the cabins near by before doing this though.

There are no carp in Ashtabula, i have caught many in the Sheyenne around vc tho.
If everyone focused on the important things in life the world would have a shortage of fishing poles.

All the cormorant lakes have a lot of them. That would be the closeest probably. Also anything with the otter tail or pelican river running through it has them

Well a couple summers back we gotta real heavy rain and not far from my house in GF(Linclon park area) I found a nice little spot loaded with carp so I ran home got the bow and started having a great time. Its was awesome for awhile had people around watching thinking it was the coolest thing ever, but then someone called the cops and long story short no charges given but was told I was discharging a firearm within city limits and if I wouldn't have been 14 years old at the time would've gone to jail.
