aaroda lakes

Curiosity got the best of me i wanted to know if any bass survived the last couple winters in these lakes? so i took the boat there the other day started at west aaroda caught about 20 big crappies n 7 Bass all small 1-2 pds, 10 am headed over to east aaroda bout the same results did manage a nice bass there bout 4 pds and some very large crappies!  crappies were along the reeds wherever it was 10 foot or deeper bass were just here and there, caught all the crappies pitching 1/8th oz jigs n twister tails, got the bass on senkos. so i guess theres a few left in there! the crappie population seemed to be fine ran into several big schools of them.

What would you recommend for shore fishing?   for some of them crappie

Fished East and West yesterday, water was solid mud. Caught 20 pike and no bass.

tried there and got a few bites from some of those big crappie, but went down to the aroda tailrace and got a 3-4 pound carp that I kept for the cats.

went there tonight and got 6 or 7 crayfish, but I did see some drunk people who swore every other word and mooned any one who drove by, this was at the west aroda boat ramp, I would say what names I think would fit these weirdos, but they would not be apropriate for this site.
