Do you have a PLOTS book?  If not, have a look at the maps section of this website. There looks to be a decent amount of PLOTS in 4c.  Might not be a bad place to start.

Have cases of plots guides ,,just not familiar with the area. Not asking for pin points just general areas to concentrate on.

We hunted down there last year for a friend who drew a tag, lots of land that's not posted and landowners who were great to work with (they really only seem to post their land for birds and deer season).  We ended up driving around a lot and finding open land, watching for animals, etc.  It's honestly just a lot fo scouting.  On the plus side once you found generally where they were on open land they seem to not wonder much from their daily movements, it was easy to get close after proper scouting.

I don't think there is a magic location to start looking, just lots of driving and scouting worked for us.  Good luck I put in for that unit and denied again...

Nice!  Love to hear the story behind it, as one of the unsuccessful applicants for ND antelope.  Kind of a live vicariously though others sort of thing, haha.
