4 sioux tics for tonights game, seats are aisle seats and all together. asking face value $45/ticket.

I haven't paid for a hockey ticket since I was a student, but is an upper level ticket really up to $45 now?  I thought they were about $20 last I checked.

No....$45 is the face value. They jack the price up for both rodent weekends.
