I heard today that the 2 who are being held in Williston are fighting extradition.  So it appears they don't want the death penalty and would rather be in a warm cell.  it is suppose to be 50 degrees at the depth where bodies are buried  that would be better than the -15 outside.

Fighting extradition is a routine tactical decision for their lawyers.  Eventually, they will be extradited after their attorneys run up the taxpayer bill and they exhaust all options.

In this case it might not be all that bad.

Who knows what the prosecution has for evidence since they have not released anything.  I think some extra time to hopefully find the body and any other evidence is good in this case.
