Photo Description:
Got the mount back awhile ago. Thought it turned out well. Shot on September 8th 2008. One well placed rage 3 blade did the job. Went 45 yard and collapsed.

Who did the taxidermy work and do you know what the pose of the deer is called. I have only seen them in a so called sneak and looking right or left. I really like that pose.

nice buck. Looks like the velvet was about to fall off and he painted a little blood on there.

I think that is a full sneak with a turn to the left.

I would have to agree on the full sneak and I believe it's referred to as a Full Sneak Offset.

"When we step into the outdoors, we have the privilege of standing in the presence of God through the power and majesty of His creation. That makes hunting more than a sport or a hobby. It's a calling to something greater. And that transforms the places that we stand into something more than a cropfield or a pasture or a mountain. It makes that place Hallowed Ground."

It is a full sneek offset left turn. The antlers were freeze dried right away and no painting has been done. Thats the way he was when shot. Another day and he would have been clean.

Beautiful mount!

The only thing that would have made it better would be a full lip curl!
