September 22 through the 25th. Meal, auction, silent auction is Saturday night. South of Leonard in the sand hills, follow the signs. It is a good time.

Twist of Fate is a four-day weekend archery hunt for physically
challenged people who have an interest in the outdoors.  In 1999,
several local hunters formed the Twist of Fate organization and
they have been volunteering their time to ensure a successful hunt
for participants ever since.

A successful hunt does not necessarily mean harvesting a deer but
to provide hunters the opportunity to experience the outdoors.

Im glad there are some hunters out there who still provide others the chance to experience the outdoors! My dad puts on a disabled goose hunt on the 24th of october every year and it is surprising how many people say they will help and never show up , Im telling you it's not so easy getting people to offer there hunting time to help others. So you boys in the twist of fate are doing a great thing my hats off to you!!!

Skoalman, I will be there Sat. evening donating. I've never met a bunch of guys ready to please more than these guys do! It's an anual event for the wife and I, if  members of this site can't make it to the auction try find a 10 or 20 to send to this event. It is heart warming to us to see the enjoyment these hunters experience. Thanks to all the friends on Fishing Buddy.

I will be there Saturday night spending money.  They got me back into hunting in 99.  They have 12 hunters this year from all over the US.  For most it is their only and/or first time hunting.  It is an eye opening experience if you get a chance to get down there.  Here is their website for more info, pics and contact info if you know someone who would be interested in hunting next year.

Thanks for sharing this Skoal!!  I work with a man who participated in this hunt a few years ago. It was his first hunting experience since he had his car accident. He has now hunted with friends and family since. It was a tremendous experience for him as his wife was able to sit in the ground blind with him and he was also able to harvest a nice fat doe. He came back to work with good stories of the hunt and the comeraderie that was shared!!
Kudos to all involved in this excellent opportunity and excellent organization!!!!!

As of last night they had 11 of 12 and the 12th was being searched for. Hopefully they found it this morning. 100% is unbelievable. It was nice to meet a couple fellow fishing buddies last night at the banquet.
